This project was born from a deep passion for nature and the small stories hidden within the tropical dry forest of Guanacaste. Each page tells the story of how different species coexist in harmony, collaborating to sustain the growth and balance of their ecosystems.

This book is living proof that when passionate people come together with a desire to offer something meaningful to the world, their intentions can take shape in something tangible—with a lasting, positive impact.

It was a pleasure to co-create this project alongside artist Majo Rodríguez, naturalist Manuel Zumbado, The Explorers' director Miguel Sánchez, and all the explorers who helped bring this book to life—Johnny Hernandez, Francesca Poddie, Lumar Cuccioletta, and the team at Peninsula Papagayo.
